Reports show that Wisconsin Supreme Court elections are nonpartisan, but clearly portray the partisan front in which former President Barack Obama and current President Donald Trump support opposing candidates in the contest.
President Obama has named Judge Susan Crawford “a candidate ready to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of Wisconsinians.”
But Obama supports a Wisconsin Democrat-backed candidate, while Trump has backed the state’s former Republican Attorney General Brad Schemmel.
Wisconsin’s Big Money High Court race has national effects, including rezoning, unionization, and trans issues.

And like Obama, Trump urged Wisconsinians to vote early.
“Brad Simel runs against the radical left liberal Susan Crawford. He repeatedly gave light sentences of child abusers, rapists, female beaters and domestic abusers. She is a hand-picked voice of the left who goes out to destroy your nation. It was declared last week in a social post of truth.

Elon Musk also supports Shimel.
“Vote for Wisconsin’s Brad Simel!” The business tycoon was declared in a tweet.

The Musk-Founded America PAC supports Schimel, signing registered voters in Wisconsin for $100 to sign a petition against the “activist judge” and $100 for each signer they mention.
