Former Minnesota Sen. Justin Eichon was granted pretrial release Wednesday after being charged with attempted coercion and seduction of minors in connection with prostitution.
Aichon, 40, is accused of arranging for meeting the 17-year-old girl for sex on March 17th.
On Wednesday, Republicans were granted release from prison due to the requirement that he go to a half-hearted home once beds are available and monitored by GPS.

Fox News Digital reportedly spoke to a girl he was said to be a minor before Eichorn arranged to meet up for sex on March 17th.
When he arrived at the Meetup, he realized that the person he was talking to online was actually a secret agent, Affiliate Fox9 Minneapolis reported.
According to Fox 9, the former senator was arrested on his first court appearance and allowed his release on his first court appearance, but the weekend prosecutors demanded a new detention hearing and allegedly asked his wife to move his laptop from the apartment before investigators arrived.

Court documents showed that an FBI agent who had arrived at the apartment before his wife told her she could not take a laptop.
Also inside the apartment was a gun that was said to have denied that the factory phone and gun had when talking to the probation officer, Fox9 reported.
Eichon’s lawyer said the gun was held in case anyone acted on the threat they received about the recent law defining “Trump Mad Syndrome” or TDS as a mental illness in Minnesota, according to the report.

Eichon resigned on March 19 before kicking him out of the state Senate before motions from Republican lawmakers.

The report shows that court records show that his wife filed for divorce this week.
Eichorn could not be reached by Fox News Digital for comment.
