Paris Hilton’s nonprofit is helping 50 women-owned small businesses recover from the impact of the Los Angeles wildfires.
Hilton’s 11:11 Media Impact is working with gofundme.org to donate $1 million in grants to 50 women-owned businesses. Each business receives $25,000 each. The grant will support businesses such as childcare centres, local restaurants, florists, fitness studios and boutiques.

“Last week, I was incredibly honored to see some of the inspiring women that small businesses have been devastated by La Fais. “I personally read all the applications and just want each of these women to know. I’m going to meet you and believe in you.
More than 1,800 companies are located in the Eaton and Palisade fire zones, employing thousands and generating approximately $1.5 billion in annual revenue, according to LA County’s economic development.
Recovery grants aim to help these businesses recover.
“Let’s continue to show up for female entrepreneurs, because when women thrive, we are all thriving,” she continued in the post.

In the wake of the fire, the heirs worked with the Pasadena Humane Society to help reunite their pets and their families.
Hilton himself lost his Palisade home in a wildfire in January.
