First on FOX: Schools across the country may be able to quickly opt for “Congressional Fitness Challenge,” which includes the academy of legendary boxer Mike Tyson.

Introduced by ABE Hamadeh of R-Ariz, House Simultaneous Resolution 20, creates a voluntary program that allows students who successfully complete the challenge to receive a signing certificate from the House Speaker and a signing certificate from the Senator and Senator and Senator.

“Listen, we need to be in shape, so man,” Tyson told Fox News Digital in an interview.

“We can’t physically enter the military because we’re not feeling well. That’s embarrassing. So we are the heaviest and heaviest people on the planet. We are the thickest people in the world, Americans,” he continued. Specifically, Tyson said 77% of Americans ages 17 to 24 need a wave to serve the military, according to the Department of Defense.

“It’s just mental. It’s just a shame, but it helps,” Tyson said of the issue.

“It’s enough”: House Republicans promote GOP’s efforts to hand over bill crackdowns to “fraud” judges

(Introduced by ABE Hamadeh of R-Ariz, House Simultaneous Resolution 20 creates a voluntary program that allows students to successfully complete the challenge to receive a signing certificate from the House Speaker.

It applies to groups offering tests to K-12 public schools, private schools and homeschool students, and members of Congress who hold “community-based events” for assignments, the current text says.

The benchmark is inspired by the “historic” line of presidential physical fitness tests that became popular under the Eisenhower, Kennedy and Johnson administrations in the 1960s, according to the resolution.

“So we’ve come to make sure they’re physically fit. Now is the perfect time to set up this one more time, as we understand President Trump through his cabinet pick and understand that his campaign promises want America to be healthy again through his campaign promises with the First Gender,” Hamade said.

The test itself requires a mile long run or walk, pull-up or bent arm hang, curl up, sitting, shuttle run, sit and reach. Those who work well are divided into gold, silver and bronze levels. Gold levels will be in the top 85th percentile, silver will cover the top 75th percentile, and bronze will be in the top 50th percentile.

Tyson added that such actions give him hope for the future.

“I think this is improving, people want to get better, people want to be healthier, and I believe it,” he said.

Tyson is at the helm of Tyson Academy of Transformation Technology, a private school in Arizona that is part of My Life My Power International Preparation Academy, which also has campuses in Florida and West Virginia. The Academy plans to address the issues.

“I believe in this country, I believe we will be fine and we will be in good condition, and we will be able to go to the Army and protect our country,” Tyson said.

Other athletes came out in support of the resolutions, including former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Fabre and former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown.

“Love this! It’s so important to our young people,” Brown wrote on X.

“As a former professional athlete, one of us knows firsthand the doors that physical fitness can open up: confidence, leadership and motivation for success. As a member of Congress and a former US military captain and intelligence agent, the other sees the wider picture.

The resolution is co-hosted by a Republican official. Tony Weed and Martin Statzman.

“Now, people are really focusing on what food has come into their bodies and whether their obesity rate has tripled,” Hamade said. “And that’s a real issue from a national security perspective. So the government has an invested interest in this. But Americans do it themselves.”
