The government’s Ministry of Efficiency (DOGE) continues to cut programs deemed useless, and announced on Wednesday it eliminated 108 “wasteful contracts.”
In a post on X, the Elon Musk-led group said it had removed the contract. The contract will save $250 million, with $70 million.
The issue contract included a $14,000 commitment by the Department of Health and Human Services to the “Executive Change Leadership Training Program.”

The other was a $5.2 million contract with the U.S. Personnel Management, the federal government’s Office of Human Resources, to “provide strategic advice and assistance in improving and transforming current processes and organizational systems.”
Doge recently announced a $51 million cut from the US African Development Foundation. This includes hundreds of thousands of dollars and mango drying facilities for the marketing of shea butter and pineapple juice.

The group was created to reduce government waste and provide even more transparency in government spending.
Recently, the US Coast Guard helped save $32.7 million by eliminating the “inefficient IT program,” known as the logistics information management system.
