Los Angeles Hospital is seeking the public’s help to identify men who were found to be unresponsive in South Los Angeles early Saturday morning.
The unidentified man was found near W. 69th Street and Western Avenue and was taken to California Hospital Medical Center in downtown LA around 8:15am.
Dignity Health Authorities say he had no ID or personal documents with him.
He is black, about 50 years old, 6 feet tall and weighs about 220 pounds.

He has brown eyes, dark hair and a black beard, officials said.
He also has several notable tattoos on his body, including a star on the right side of his neck, a woman’s tattoo with the word “brown sugar” on his inner right arm, the word “young” on his right side of his chest, and “Sandra Hoggs” written on the top left.
Patient Confidentiality Act prevents hospitals from disclosing the current status of men. Photos shared by hospital officials appeared to show an unconscious man with a breathing device in his nose.
