It’s finally Coachella’s first weekend. You have your wristbands, your camping plans are in place, and you know the band you want to see. But what kind of weather are you in?
The temperatures to keep in mind when packing are as follows: If your outfit is not yet detailed planning, the weather is bothering you. But the good (?) news is that it’s burning hot, so there’s no need to be embarrassed to show your skin.
Rain and clouds are rare in Coachella (this makes sense. Coachella Valley is part of the Colorado Desert and also includes Joshua Tree). And, as the desert location suggests, certainly, according to weather channel predictions, it will be very hot.
Those staying in LA this weekend will see high weather in the 1970s on Friday, and high weather on Saturday and Sunday, but Indio’s forecasts reach the 100s.
I look forward to a clear skies of 103 (Yikes) on Friday, April 11th. Fortunately, thanks to the extreme highs and lows of the desert, it will be immersed in 68 at night.
Saturday, April 12th will be a few cooler. To be precise, it has 99, with 64 (and partially cloudy) at night. On Sunday, April 13th, there will be a relatively medium 96, with a 65 being lower.
If you’re going to two Coachellas on the weekend, you can expect similarly sunny weather. Friday is 95, Saturday is 96, Sunday is 94, and again in the mid-60s.
