Former Vice President Kamala Harris took to social media this month to support a growing Democrat resistance against President Donald Trump.
“Today, in every state across our nation, Americans stand up to government,” Harris wrote.
The former vice president also emphasized that “working people’s voices are always more eloquent than unelected billionaires,” targeting Trump’s most visible adviser and world’s wealthiest man, Elon Musk.
Harris spotlighted a clip from the end of his speech earlier this month on social media with the possibility of bullying of potential political plans in the future.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris will be awarding the Chairperson’s Award at the 56th NAACP Image Awards held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California on February 22nd.
Against the moves by the Trump administration and swearing to be active and active in the fight, Harris said, “See you there. I’m not going anywhere.”
And earlier this year, Harris pledged to sign “every phase” with the party in a video message to the Democratic National Committee gathered at a winter meeting.
But five months after losing the presidential election to Trump, Harris’s release is still rare.

And unlike her 2024 running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Waltz – and other top Democrats, she didn’t show up directly to rallies and city halls and deal with Trump’s sweeping and controversial attitudes during the first three months of her second tour of white work.
Harris also avoided taking part in TV interviews and podcasts, shining the spotlight on others at the party.
But all her public language is quickly analyzed.

“I’m not telling you that,” Harris told a gathering of black women business leaders, politicians and other prominent people in Dana Point, California, on April 3, when he pointed out warnings about Trump on campaign trails last summer and fall.
The clip, which cracked both Harris and the crowd, quickly became word of mouth.
And there is intense speculation about what could be Harris’ next political move.
Two potential options are to start governor next year in California’s hometown. Term-restricted government Gavin Newsom is seeking success competition, or again the presidency in 2028.
A very early poll in the next Democratic presidential nomination race — relying heavily on name recognition at this point — shows that the former vice president has a more important lead than other potential White House candidates.

It’s very unlikely that she can do both. The election and victory elections in 2026 as general governor of California, the country’s most populous nation and home to the world’s fifth largest economy, are likely to flee the table in 2028, allies and political analysts have shown.
Harris previously served as San Francisco District Attorney and California Attorney General, and was a member of former President Joe Biden’s tickets for 2020, representing the US Senate Golden State before joining the election as vice president.
A source on the former vice president’s political trajectory confirmed last month to Fox News Digital that Harris would decide to decide to launch his allies’ governor’s campaign by the end of the summer. The news was first reported by Politico.
But as the governor’s field grows, other California Democrats aren’t waiting.
Several candidates criticize Harris until the decision is made until summer. Among them is former Los Angeles mayor Anotonio Villaraigoza.
“The challenges California faces are too big to wait for candidates who want to come later in the game,” Villaraigosa, who launched the 2026 campaign last summer, told the Los Angeles Times recently. “California is not a stepping stone to a higher office.”
“This is not a cor crown,” he said in an interview. Pointing to Harris’ three-month presidential campaign – she took over Biden as a party candidate after withdrawing her bid last July – “I can’t run to the end of the rainbow. I’ve seen the 100-day campaign.
Two other Democrats running for California governor — former Rep. Katie Porter and former Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Bekela, had similar arguments.
However, polls show that Harris will become a clear front runner if he participates in the 2026 race in California, with other candidates already on the scene saying they’ll postpone her to the former vice president if she’s running.
One candidate who is likely to withdraw his bid is California Lt. Colonel Eleni Kunarakis, the former vice president’s best friend and ally.

Harris reportedly received encouragement from Democrats to run for California governor. According to a report by the New York Times, former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe was former DNC chair.
Harris also received unexpected encouragement and a bit of advice from his 2024 opponent.
“Let her run,” Trump said in a recent podcast interview. “One of the things she’s trying to do is to have to start an interview.”
