Authorities issued a quote to a man who took a toilet break in a place that was not the brightest idea in hindsight. Outside of the California Highway Patrol Vehicle Enforcement Facility.
According to a social media post by the CHP, the incident took place at the Grapevine Vehicle Enforcement Facility along the Southbound 5 Expressway south of Wheeler Ridge. The exact date has not been revealed.
“This guy thought it was “all good” to have it drawn into our facility and water our trees,” CHP said. “He was quoted for a urination incident.”

To add humiliation to the injury, officers noted that they had passed the exit of the Tejon outlet, which provided enough space for the man to use the toilet.
“We also have toilets,” CHP said. “All you have to do is ask.”
California does not have specific laws prohibiting public urination, but many areas urinate illegally publicly. One example is Los Angeles County Code Section 11.16.050. This prohibits the deposition of attack material, including urine and feces, on urban streets.
