Wildomar officials apparently moved there after being removed from the industrial district in March.
Video recorded Thursday shows many trailers packed near a home and businesses in the 20700 block of Palmer Street.
Local residents are worried about the stacking of garbage and the risk of fire erupting from the camp.
“Our biggest concern is that we’re entering fire season and these trailers are known to be fire hazards,” said Jessica Hume, a resident of Wildermer.

Wildomar City officials say they took action and issued a final mitigation notice to two individuals Tuesday afternoon, including one tied to the RV maker’s Black Series and two people believed to be connected to the property owner.
According to the notification, the trailer “constructs a public nuisance and poses an imminent danger to public health and safety,” and must be removed by 1:30pm on Thursday.
Wildomar Mayor Ashlee Dephillippo says liquidation could be delayed as the city is still waiting for a proper warrant to be in place before it enters its property.
The issue follows the removal of a large camp in the Industrial District about a month ago.
There, over 80 Black Series trailers had turned this property into an unauthorized RV camp.
Concerns peaked when barren individuals moved to the trailer and launched repeated fires.
