A palm dessert man was arrested after he allegedly recorded several boys when using the toilet.
Joseph Siders, 44, was identified as the man who recorded the 11-year-old on April 7 and the other boy on April 9 in his business in the 73,000 block of Dynah Shore Drive in the Palm Desert, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
On April 7, the boy reported to deputies that the man had recorded him on his cell phone, and on April 9, the business employee once again found the man “in and out of the toilet with the boy man,” authorities said.
Prison records show that the business is Chickfil A.
SEIDERS was arrested on April 9th and “evidence was located in two reported cases, along with additional crimes, including possession of child pornography,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
Seiders is being held at Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in place of $1 million bail and is scheduled to appear at the Indio Larson Justice Center on Tuesday.

The prison records show an additional fee for disorderly conduct for attempts to use hidden cameras and use hidden cameras.
