At least nine people were injured in the violent crash of a multiple vehicle in the San Fernando Valley on Thursday night, two of whom were seriously injured, officials said.
Details are limited and it is unclear at this point how the three-car crashed occurred, but the crew of the Los Angeles Fire Station responded to a scene in the 13,300 block of Roscoe Boulevard shortly after reporting the crash at 9pm, authorities said in a news release.
Aerial footage from the scene shot by Sky5 showed the intense presence of the first responder and the enclosing area extending across both sides of the road.

Two vehicles suffered heavy front-end damage and were placed on either side of the street. The third vehicle, a white van in the middle of the road, showed mild damage and appeared to have one of the other vehicle’s front bumpers under the front end.

Footage of the scene, captured on the ground and posted to the Civic App, was seen littered with large fields of debris scattered across the road surrounding one of the vehicles.
Firefighters said nine patients were injured in a total of five suffered minor injuries, and two more were taken to hospital in serious condition.
It is unclear whether alcohol, drugs or highways are factors in the pro-producing incident, and so far no additional details have been provided.
