Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department are searching for the suspect after receiving two calls about an invitation and a carjacking.
A LAPD spokesman told KTLA that two incidents were reported early Tuesday morning.

When the man contacted the victim, the man’s first responder, he took him to a nearby hospital with a complaint of pain. He told officers that the suspect was armed, and a preliminary phone investigation showed that the man’s car appears to have been stolen.

A LAPD spokesperson said officers found a vehicle that fit the man’s car’s description and a short pursuit was launched.
At this point, around 2am, I got a second call involving a suspect suspect of being a chase and an invitation.

The suspect, who is only described as a man, stopped in the 1700 block of Hauser Boulevard and fled to his apartment.

Hauser’s stretch near the apartment building where the suspect came across was blocked.
As of 5:45am he remained prominent. An unconfirmed report showed he was still loose at 7am
