Have you got some tips on Hollywood trivia and the universal? Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) is considering hiring a studio tour guide.
Open call auditions for the roles will take place from Wednesday until May 14th, as theme parks are trying to fill in available roles. Interested applicants will be asked to submit a self-tape audition with information about their introduction and information about their experiences that may be related to their position.
“A dynamic storyteller with interest and knowledge in the entertainment industry and appreciation for studio tours is some of the attributes in creating studio tour guides,” USH said in a press release.
In addition to the list of related experiences, applicants must include readings from passing the official studio tour script in their auditions. Once you have checked all submissions, in-person callbacks will be made to qualified individuals.
The role of the tour guide is to become the voice of the iconic USH tram tour and educate visitors about the history of Universal Studios.
“This job also gives team members a welcome ability for wide range of work flexibility,” USH continued in a press release. “A guide who has acquired a role in a play, film or commercial may need a vacation from his role as a studio tour guide, for example, the job flexibility that many performers need when choosing to post as a restaurant wait staff or a car service driver.
