Two Riverside County men arrested earlier this week are facing felony torture and human trafficking charges, officials said.
The arrest responded to Hemet Global Medical Center on March 12 following officers on reports of sexual abuse, according to a news release from the Hemet Police Department. After an initial interview with the victim, the officer handed over the lawsuit to HPD’s investigative department.
“Investigators determined that the victim had been exposed to torture, sexual assault and forced prostitution,” the release detailed. “During the investigation, a second victim was identified and reported that the same suspect had been trafficked, raped and physically assaulted.”
The identities of both victims have been withheld for their protection and safety, officials added.

In the weeks that followed, detectives say they identified two men, Davion Marshall and Travis Grisham, as suspects.

“On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, Hemet Police Investigators successfully detained both suspects in the 300 block of South State Street, Hemet, with support from the Southwest City SWAT,” the release said.
Both men were booked at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility on multiple felony charges, including human trafficking and torture. The bail for each suspected offender was set at $1 million.
