New details emerge in the horrifying home invasion murder of a Woodland Hills homeowner

The detective and neighbors have revealed new details of what makes it clear that it is an invasion murder of the brutal Woodland Hills home.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the murder occurred early on Saturday, April 26th.

LAPD initially investigated it as a suspicious death after the victim was declared dead at his home across the street from Woodland Hills Elementary School. However, subsequent investigations revealed that the case was far more intrusive.

Just before 1am on Saturday, police arrived at their home in the 22,200 block of Dela Osa Street and found the victim, who was later identified as 47-year-old Alexandre Maud Vaze. On Monday, authorities told KTLA’s Jean Kang that the corresponding officers found Maudbadeze had been beaten badly and suffered from a traumatic head wound.

LAPD said paramedics arrived and Maudvade was declared dead at the scene.

Detectives quickly determined that three suspects had broken in, hugged Maudbaze’s prisoner, and had stolen his property and beat him badly before taking off.

Furthermore, it appears that ModeBadze surveillance cameras have been removed.

With the help of the FBI, LAPD detectives pursued the three suspects within the next day.

The first suspect identified as 38-year-old Paata Kochyashvili was taken into custody in the areas of Sepulveda Boulevard and Burbank Boulevard.

Police say the following two suspects were taken into custody together in the 400 block of Burchett Street in Glendale. They were identified as Zaza Otarashibiri, 46, and Beshki Kutshishbiri, 52.

All three suspects have been reserved for the murder and are each detained on $2 million bail.

This Woodland Hills area neighbor has now said he is very concerned about their safety.

“It’s absolutely crazy to see this in a neighborhood like this,” one neighbor said. “There’s an odd increase in crime.”

Some residents told KTLA last week their homes were looted and their dogs were terrified in another incident.

“He peeed in the cage and stole my wallet and a bundle of jewels,” the neighbor said. “It was very unfortunate.”

As of Monday afternoon, LAPD has not announced its motives or indicated whether the murder victim has been targeted.

“It’s a problem here and the residents are very scary,” another neighbor said. “I’m thinking of putting my house for sale.”

In the meantime, neighbors said they wanted more police patrols in the area.
