Florida Attorney General James Usmier has announced the creation of an office of parental rights in the state of sunlight to lend legal muscles to help parents fight for their God-recognized rights.
In his remarks Tuesday, Uthmeier pointed out that “raising children is not the government’s role,” but that role is a “godly given right” for parents. He said, “Parents have a God-given right to raise their children in a way that they deem appropriate.”
The Attorney General said there is a “two-focused litigator team” where parents warn them. He pointed out that there is a portal where parents can reach out.
