(Nexstar) – It’s once again that many people across the country are about to move around. Whether it’s your country or potentially somewhere in the state nationwide, you want to know where you place will be the perfect place to call your home.
The website’s livability aims to help people with that exact problem by identifying the best location to live in the US
A new study in Livability assesses almost 100 factors across eight equal weight categories: economy, housing, cost of living, equipment, transportation, environment, safety, education, and health.
This list focuses on affordability and is limited to cities with median housing values under $500,000. Of the 2,000 cities, the report analyzed the data to find medium-sized locations from the best places to live across the US

At the top of the list was the town of Texas, just outside Dallas, known as Flower Mound. With a population just above 77,000, the average housing cost is around $476,000. Flower Mound has earned the title of the best place to live in the country thanks to its rankings in health, safety and its general economy.
Another Texas town has also landed near the top of the Sugarland No. 3 list. The town is extremely expensive thanks to its housing and living costs and is on the list of research.
Also at the top is Carmel, Indiana, which landed part of the list for its health and housing rankings. Naperville, Illinois ranked the fourth best place to live in the country with a very high health and education ranking.
According to livability, the remaining locations in the top 10 best places to live in the US are:
Flower Mound, Texas Carmel, Indiana Sugarland, Texas Naperville, Illinois Roswell, Georgia Overland Park, Kansastroy, Michigan Columbia, Maryland Olathe, Kansas Round Rock, Texas
