Every May 5th, we can celebrate Mexican culture and food (and indulge in a few drinks!) at Cinco de Mayo.
This holiday, observed annually on May 5th, officially honors the anniversary of Mexico’s victory over France at the Battle of Puebla in 1862.
But most of the time, Cinco de Mayo gives us the perfect excuse to enjoy our favorite Mexican treat. And many restaurants and brands offer deals to start a celebration.
7-Eleven
To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, 7-Eleven runs the following promotions:
Mexican Restaurants in Abuero
On May 5th, customers at Abuelo’s Mexican restaurant can enjoy food and drinks worth $5 all day, including Mexican candy shots, Mexican flag margaritas and chili conqueso appetizers.
Bad Dad
Bad Daddy’s cut the price of the Bad Ass Margarita to $4 (50% off) on May 5th.
Baja Fresh
Baja Fresh Rewards members can save $5.55 from their $20 online orders using code CINCO until May 5th.
Barberitos
Barberitos customers will earn a free little queso on in-store purchases while they eat on May 5th.
Beef ‘o’ Brady
Participating Beef ‘O’ Brady locations offer customers the free side of queso when purchasing chips and salsa at Cinco de Mayo.
Buffalo Cafe
Buffalo’s Cafe customers can purchase the chain’s signature Canyon Ritas for $5 at Cinco de Mayo.
Bubbakou Burrito
Bubbakoo’s Britos Royalty members who purchase one full price entree on May 5th will get a free Antrée coupon valid from May 6th to 11th to 11th.
California pizza kitchen
Between May 1st and 5th, CPK customers can enjoy a free order of $5 margaritas and white corn guacamole + chips. Offers are valid in some locations and are limited to one order per table. To redeem a transaction, simply mention the offer to the server.
California Tortilla
Until May 5th, California Tortillas are offering the following deals in honor of Cinco de Maillo:
May 3: $5 for $20 order. May 4th: Free Tachitos purchased Antrée. May 5th: Free Taco Bounce-Back coupon with purchase.
Checker & Rally
At Cinco de Mayo, Checkers & Rally customers can enjoy the $4 meal deal that comes with choosing a double or spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, fries, a 12-ounce drink and a cinnamon apple pie.

Chiliz is offering Tequila Rifecta Margarita for $5 on May 5th. Rewards members can also get a free order of chips and salsa with each visit.
chipotle pepper
To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Chipotle will have a digital gaming experience called “Ingredient Quest” in the Burrito Builder Experience at Roblox.
Here’s how the function works: Fans will find and collect 53 authentic ingredients in Chipotle in a quest to win a free burrito.
The game will start at 3pm on May 5th, with the first 50,000 users who collect all 53 ingredients will win a free Antreopher.
Additionally, Chipotle offers free code distributions on the chain’s apps and websites between May 1st and 5th.
Last but certainly, the chain offers free tips and queso swings using code CINCO25 on its app and website between May 3rd and 5th.
