The allegedly stalked Jennifer Aniston stalker, a 48-year-old Mississippi man, was arrested at his home earlier this week, facing a three-year chance at a state prison, officials said Wednesday.
In a news release, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said Jimmy Wayne Carwill has been accused of stalking the Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning actress between March 2023 and May this year.
Prosecutors said the 48-year-old resident of New Albany, Mississippi, was accused of repeatedly harassing Aniston, and was only identified as “Jennifer A.” The release left her unnecessary voicemail and sent messages via social media and email.
Carwyle’s obsession suspect culminated in a horrifying ordeal on May 5, crashing the former division of what is considered Aniston’s Bel Air Mansion, causing serious damage to his property.
The “Friend” and the “Morning Show” actress were reportedly at home when the incident happened.

Officials from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the neighborhood around 12:20pm with reports that the suspected robber had passed through the gates of the house near Sunset Boulevard and Bellagio Road.
Local private security detained the suspect until officers arrived. Carweil complained of feeling pain after crashing through the gate and crashed, and was taken into custody without further incident.
He has since been charged with each of felony and felony vandalism and with circumstances that exacerbate the threat of major bodily harm, La County Prosecutors said.
“Stalkers are crimes that can quickly escalate from harassment to dangerous and violent behavior, and can threaten the safety of our victims and our community,” said La da Nathan Hochman. “My office is committed to proactively prosecuting people who creep up and terrorize others and ensuring they are held liable.”
Prosecutors are planning to ask the court that Carwyle’s bail is set at $150,000. He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.
