Since President Donald Trump took office, daycuts have been more than $20 billion

An analysis of the Trump administration’s efforts to end diversity, equity and inclusion across the federal government during the president’s first 100 days reveals that 750 DEI employees were placed on vacation or fired for saving more than $2 billion.

The analysis provided by the White House showed that the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Education and the Department of Labor saw some of the biggest savings. Analysis shows that 256 DEI employees have been fired or retired, saving more than $1.3 billion in taxpayers.

Overall, the Trump administration has let go of 745 employees working in DEI offices or DEI-related programs across the government, saving approximately $2.333 billion on taxpayers.

“President Trump has ordered the end of government’s radical, racist day propaganda, and the administration is swiftly enacting the president’s orders,” White House Principal’s assistant deputy director, told Fox News Digital. “Common sense has returned to the government.”

In addition to savings and staff cuts, the White House analysis highlighted various grants that were reduced and other changes made as a result of the Trump administration’s efforts to abolish the federal government’s DEI.

These programs included race-based grants or quota programs at multiple agencies, as well as race-based promotional commitments. Million-dollar grants from activist groups focused on DEI training and DEI have also been one of the cuts for most institutions.

The State Department has cut a $5 million grant to “strengthen the leadership and impact of the organization’s capabilities on medium-sized, autonomous intersex and trans human rights organizations.” The Department of Agriculture (USDA) has saved $1.7 million by eliminating four years of DEI staff training on topics ranging from “microaggression” to “identifying and preventing racism in marketing.”

“We have to accept what happened and what we did,” says the narrator of one of the LinkedIn training sessions funded through these grants. “If you can’t accept what the marketplace is telling you, then this content is sexist, racist, homophobic… you can’t move forward as a leader.”

Day is dead. The next thing to come

Other USDA grants spent money on training staff for “growing” purposes, according to a White House analysis.[ing] “Trump administration staff also found the “Daebingo” card left behind from the Biden administration, but the bingo card included spaces to check off, such as “What does “I” mean in LGBTQIA+” and “I have a pronoun in my signature line.”

According to a White House analysis, the USDA also diversified racially-based grants such as “Latin growers” and “regenerative farming for black women.” The analysis also showed that the USDA spent $600,000 and $361,000 on a study of biological menstruation in biological menstruation to support queer and transferrs.

Similar DEI-related materials were found at the Ministry of Education. For example, it includes a white board with bullet points on racially centred priorities. Under the heading was a bullet point where the “Project” said “Black Men’s Resource Document,” and “This Week’s Goals” included “Tighten the Black Ed Round Table” and “PAC Pictures.” Another box on the whiteboard said, “a black male political appointee.”

The education sector under President Donald Trump resisted “settlement patriarchy” and reduced grants that promoted racial employment allocations and numerous teacher training sessions on topics such as the American education system being one of the “settlers-colonial periods.”

An analysis of the administration’s DEI cut shows that almost 100 anti-Semitism cases were not resolved by the Civil Rights Office of the former Biden-Harris administration within the education sector. Analysis shows staff from the Civil Rights Office in the education sector were also told by the last administration to “sit down” in civil rights complaints against transgender Swimalia Thomas.

The Biden administration also reportedly failed to do what the Freedom of Information Act requested on DEI’s efforts. The White House analysis recorded 4,000 unpaid requests sent to the Department of Labor. This promoted a DEI-based employment and mandatory training program for staff under President Joe Biden.

The Health and Human Services Agency also saw a sudden cut in the DEI program during Trump’s first 100 days.

The National Institutes of Health alone has cut more than $350 million in DEI projects, including grants to study “multi-level and multidimensional structural racism” and “hormonal therapy that maintains gender in mice.”

The “awakening” hospital could be in the crosshairs of Trump administrators after committing a complaint.

In addition to all cuts, the Trump administration has taken steps to rectify the Biden administration’s DEI focus. We have finished DEI-related training courses within the DOT Online Learning Management System and disabled the internal email function of the Transportation Bureau, which allows users to list pronouns. The administration did the same with other pronoun policies at other agencies.

The administration has also taken aggressive steps in other agencies, including removing the DEI standard from over 2,900 supervisory performance standards for the energy sector. The Ministry of Home Affairs has concluded the agency’s “Daire Council.” It had a clear purpose to embed the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion in “all.”

Trump’s crusades against Day began with an executive order on the first day of his second presidency. In the order, President Trump accused the Biden administration of forcing Americans to “illegal and immoral” DEI programs.

“This was a coordinated effort stemming from President Biden’s first day in office,” Trump’s order argued.
