On Friday, Democrats and protesters stormed the gates of Delaney Hall Detention Center, a safe immigration facility in Newark, New Jersey, defended Homeland Security Advisor Tricia McLaughlin, a detainee classified as “murderers, terrorists, child rapists and MS-13 gang members.”
A group of protesters, including members of Congress, chased a bus of detainees entering the security gates before storming the gates and plunging into the facility, according to a news release from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Mayor Newark has been arrested for assaulting a New Jersey ice prison for members of Dem Council to make a “surveillance visit.”

However, a homeland security footage posted on X on Saturday appears to show Mciver pushing and stretching his elbows while guarding the gate.

On April 29, Ice Enforcement and Removal Operation (ERO) Newark and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Newark arrested Chinchilla Caballero in Bloomfield, New Jersey in accordance with an alien arrest warrant.
The agent served him with a notice to detain him under ice custody, where removal proceedings are pending.
According to DHS, Chinchilla Caballero is a positive agreement with “many TECS observation decks” and is a known active member of MS13.

According to Interpol’s website, a “red notification” is a request for temporary arrests from law enforcement agencies around the world.
On April 29th, ICE’s ERO NEWARK, Homeland Security Survey (HSI) SAC NEWARK and Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Newark provided him with notices that appear on him, according to DHS.
He is in ice custody without a bond.

He is said to have been captured in connection with Operation Raven and affiliation of the MS-13 gang, according to DHS.

According to DHS, Estevez Bello has been convicted of multiple felony counts of possession of a controlled, dangerous substance, drug trafficking, resisting arrest and possession of a weapon.
Estevez Bello also has an active gang affiliation with street gangs. “The Dominicans don’t play,” the official said.
Ero Newark issues a notice of appearance to him, and he remains in ice custody awaiting a removal hearing.

On May 5, Ice Newark arrested Maximo Nunez, a 58-year-old citizen of the Dominican Republic.
Nunez is arrested on a felony for possessing controlled, dangerous substances, obstructing legal control, aggravating lethal driving, attacking with a deadly weapon, attacking with a deadly weapon, and obstructing custody of a child, according to the DHS.
