Hell is frozen now.
President Donald Trump’s decision to accept a $400 million plane from Qatar as a gift has prompted stinging criticism from Laura Rumer.
She is a right-right activist who specializes in firing the president’s top staff and retracting candidates, or at least claiming credit for doing so.
If you lose Rumer, you are losing debate.

Not according to Donald Trump. He told reporters yesterday that this was a “great gesture” from Qatar and that it was done to “keep them safe.”
He said the maintenance costs for the 40-year-old Air Force are astronomical for one plane, and noted that there are such planes at the Reagan Library. The decommissioned Qatar aircraft will be sent to the future Trump Library.
However, the Gipper planes did not come from Qatar.
“How do we see the United States under Trump’s control designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization,” Room wrote.
Calling the episode “stains” during his tenure, she added: “I love President Trump. I’ll take a bullet for him. But I can’t accept the $400 million “gift” from jihadists in a suit. Borders. “
The media has also been making a big noise, and the story has grown since it was first reported by ABC News.
House Democrats are calling for a “immediate” ethical investigation into the Qatar plane gift to Trump
Of course, the Luxury 747 needs to be upgraded with secure communications and military equipment. That’s necessary at least until the end of the year.
But one Pentagon official told the New York Times that “we’ve been talking for years, not months.”
Trump consulted with Doge leader and SpaceX director Elon Musk, who told him that the plane could be delivered in a year.

Two loyalists — Attorney General Pam Bondi and White House lawyer David Warrington — have approved the arrangement, according to the Times. Trump toured the 747 in February, parked at Palm Beach Airport.
There was a plan B that was derailed. Catalis offered to immediately donate the plane to a future Trump library.
However, the administrative lawyer said it violated the constitutional emolations clause. This prohibits federal officials from accepting personal gifts from foreign countries without Congressional approval, as Beltway Insiders know.
The president’s “flood of the zone” approach ensured that this was not the only story.
He announced that after two days of talks, the US and China have reached a 90-day agreement to reduce Beijing’s tariffs from 145% to 30%, and that China’s tariffs will be reduced to 10%.
It’s clear that Trump blinked. Tanned the market (which surged yesterday), he was under great pressure to cancel the damage. So now we are back at Square One, where we may have been without igniting the world’s crisis.
Trump “resets total” with China during tariff talks in Geneva
But perhaps Xi Jinping flashed as well. His government also felt the impact of air tariffs. The Chinese said that there was a lot less enthusiasm, and “mistakes” only lead to further negotiations.
Trump was also able to announce a ceasefire in the escalating war between India and Pakistan thanks to weekend diplomacy by Marco Rubio and JD Vance.
Trump was also able to announce that Hamas is releasing the last living American hostage being held detained by a terrorist group.

Trump also sided with Vladimir Putin, who he would like to meet for peace negotiations with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who originally wanted a 30-day ceasefire.
Trump was also able to announce plans to cut the costs of prescription drugs by 30-80%.

But back to 747, the president cheated ABC’s Rachel Scott when he tried to question him about the plane.
“You’re ABC fake news, right? Just ABC. Well, a few of you… tell me, you’re embarrassed to ask that question. They’re giving us a free jet.
Scott tried again: “Respectfully, as a sir, businessman, some people see this, have you ever been given a gift worth millions of dollars?
“It’s not a gift for me, it’s a gift for the Department of Defense,” Trump said. “And you should know well enough. You are embarrassed enough, so are your network. Your network is a disaster. ABC is a disaster.”

Whether the president is right or wrong, these seem to be legitimate questions. And the media is always a great foil for him. So I don’t see him retreat.
