Three female victims assaulted by the so-called Tesla Road Rage Guy expressed anger and frustration Friday after parolees were arrested on suspicion of committing a similar crime in Hawaii.
One of his previous attacks was caught up in Dashcam video in January 2023 as Nathaniel Raddimack escaped from his black Model x Tesla on two highways in Glendale and attacked the victim’s car with a pipe. Radhimac was also convicted of other attacks dating back to June 22.
However, after serving only 10 months from his five-year sentence, Radimak was released on parole last August. Since then, he appears to have moved to Hawaii after being arrested for assaulting a woman and her mother in the Waikiki area.
“We believe these incidents are foreseeable consequences of his patterns of violence and systems that have repeatedly failed to address his patterns of behavior,” said Vivian Romero, who was assaulted by Radhimac on a Los Angeles road. “Unfortunately, some repeat offenders may not be rehabilitated even if they are given a second chance.
Another victim, Beth Lamprecht, reflected the message by saying that she and the other female victims believe that Rajmik, a man with a long criminal history, poses serious danger to the general public.
“Nathaniel Radimac appeared to be violating his parole after being released from prison early and reattacked in Hawaii,” Lumprecht said, adding that then-distrix lawyer George Gascon had not informed her that Radimac would be released under the deal. “There were all reasons to doubt the possibility of this repeated criminal reform. His return to violence emphasizes his lack of will to control his actions.”
As many people attacked by Radhimac were women, the victims also said they were disappointed and furious to remind them that their perpetrators were released from state prisons after a short period of time.
When Radhimac explained why he was released early, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said he was given 424 days of working hours while awaiting the sentence and more credits were given to him while in prison.
Gloria Allred, the lawyer for the three victims, said she doesn’t know how and when Radimic moved to Hawaii, but she has pledged to promote extradition after it was discovered he had violated his parole.
“If he is convicted in Hawaii, I would like to see him. “I would like to see the takeaway (in LA) to serve more semesters.”
