A spokesman for First Lady Melania Trump has shut down a “completely false” theory that her son Baron is fighting her husband, Harvard University, which is her husband, president, because she was unable to accept her son Baron in school.
The Palm Beach Post first reported that First Lady spokesman Nicholas Clemens “contended that Baron did not apply to Harvard and that the claim that he or anyone was applying it on his behalf was completely false.”
This is amid rumours online that President Donald Trump is targeting Harvard for federal fund cuts as Baron, who just finished his freshman year at New York University, was apparently rejected by the school.
The Trump administration is asking all federal agencies to find a way to terminate all federal contracts with Harvard in their ongoing position on foreign students’ records at Ivy League schools. Harvard has already sued in federal court to repair roughly $3.2 billion in federal grants frozen by the administration since last month.

In a Truth Social Post Monday, Trump accused Harvard of being “very anti-Semitic,” and said he was considering offering federal funding for the school to trade schools “all our land.”
“What a great investment for America and it was a terrible need!!” he wrote.
In a letter Thursday, Homeland Security Department Christa Noem told Harvard leaders that it refused to comply with multiple requests from institutions to “provide appropriate information to the Department of Homeland Security,” and refused to provide appropriate information to encourage perpetuating a precarious campus environment and promoting sympathy, etc. policy. ”
On Friday, President Barack Obama’s appointee, Judge Alison Burrows, granted a temporary restraining order to Harvard University, preventing the government from revoking Ivy League school recognition in its student and exchange visitor program. “We’re still waiting for Harvard’s foreign students list, so after billions of dollars of ridiculous spending, radical madmen, troublemakers can all be able to decide what should not be returned to our country,” Trump wrote.
“Harvard is very slow to present these documents, and perhaps for good reason!” he wrote. “The best thing Harvard is doing is that they shop and found the absolute best judge (for them!) – but the government ultimately wins!”
The White House did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
