Police are searching for three to four suspects injured during a Los Angeles County home burglary.
The masked suspect, including at least an armed person, broke into a home in the 2900 block of Duarte Road around 11:30pm on Tuesday, when a man and two teenagers woke up.
The man faced the suspect and was struck by a private object during the incident.
“The suspect ordered the victim to sit or stay. He was hit at some point, but he didn’t move,” said San Marino Police Chief John Inntoro. “He cooperated. Everyone in the house cooperated. The suspect went through the house very quickly and left.”

It was unclear what was taken during the incident, but investigators believe the suspect was inside the house for about three minutes.
The victim was later seen being treated for what was described as minor scuffs on his head by a medical professional.
The suspect was wearing a mask, hoodie and gloves and looked like a man, police said.
