Beyoncé announced that the boy is heading for one couple.
It all happened towards the end of the rainy Cowboy Carter Tour Show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Wednesday night.
“This is important. It’s revealed once in a lifetime gender,” she said in a video posted to Tiktok. “We have to take our time.”
She was given an envelope that the couple described as having named their firstborn Carter, and now they needed a “Ya Ya” singer to help them reveal his brother.
Beyoncé then opens the envelope and accidentally rips while telling her parents that she’s sorry.
“My hands are sticky,” she explained.
She then revealed a piece of paper with the words “Cowboy.”
“It’s a boy. God bless you,” she said she crouched down on the stage decorated with an American flag bell tower and a black jumpsuit. Couples can see with arms around each other.
“Congratulations,” she continued. “Thank you for making me a part of it.”
“I’m keeping it,” the 35-time Grammy winner cried out about the envelope, revealing.
Even the singer’s mom, Tina Knowles, put her emphasis on the announcement by posting on Instagram.
“Oh!!!” she wrote in the caption. “Who will take the time to reveal when the gender is wet and cold?
Beyhive endured the rain with a large crowd wearing ponchos at the show on Wednesday night, but still had a great time.
The tour began on April 28th at Inglewood, Sophie Stadium. She is scheduled to reach the MetLife stage again on May 29th. After that, we head to London on June 5th. The tour is scheduled to close on July 26th in Las Vegas.
