The 39-year-old Ventura County man who works as a school transport driver is reportedly facing accusations of driving under the influence, officials said Thursday.
The horrifying incident unfolded May 28th, when Moore Park school resource officers reported a district transport driver who smelled alcohol, according to a news release from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.
The call is said to come from an official who smelled the alcoholic smell of the suspect identified as Moore Park resident Jason Watson.
It is unclear whether parents allowed the child to enter the vehicle Watson, but as soon as the notification was notified to Moore Park Unified School District officials, they contacted law enforcement and instructed the 39-year-old to pull the transport vehicle and park the car.
