The man accused of plunging the car into the gates of actress Jennifer Aniston’s Bel Air Home, has been found to be incapable of withstanding a second trial.
This delays Jimmy Wayne Carweil’s criminal lawsuit while Jimmy Wayne Carweil is undergoing treatment.
Last week, a different psychiatrist previously determined that he was mentally incompetent to endure trials, but now a second doctor has confirmed it.
Carwyle has been accused of stalking the “friend” actress since March 2023. Prosecutors said a 48-year-old Mississippi resident repeatedly harassed her, leaving unnecessary voicemails and sending messages via social media and email.
On May 5th, he was arrested for stalking and crashing a car through the main gate of the “Morning Show” star’s house.

Aniston reportedly was at home when this happened.
Carwyle has been charged with felony stalking and vandalism for the incident. If convicted, he could face him in three years’ prison.
