You can now purchase Sydney Sweeney bath water.
The Emmy-nominated actor, Hollywood’s Heartslob promotes a new soap made with the “touch” that Sweeney bathed in.
A year after Bathing Sweeney appeared in the Dr. Swatch Body Wash promotion, the two are working together to launch “Sydney Bath Water Bliss.”
“You kept asking about my bath water after the @Drsquatch ad… so we kept it,” Sweeney wrote in a joint Instagram post with a boys’ personal care company. “I’ll show you the bliss of Sydney bath water! A very realistic and very limited soap made from my real bath water.”
For those who want to lather, the limited edition soap will be on sale on Friday, June 6th at 12pm ET and will be available for $8 per bar.
Only 5,000 bar of soap is made. Dr. Squatch will award 100 bars to Lucky Buster via gifts on Instagram and website from May 29th to June 5th.
Medium soap is made with the extract of pine bark, feng shui sand and drips of the star of “evolution.” The scent nods to the roots of Sweeney’s Pacific Northwest, combining pine, Douglas fur and earthy moss.
“When fans start asking for a bath, they can either ignore it or turn it into a bar on Dr. SwatchSoap,” Sweeney said in the release. “It’s strange in the best way, and we love that we’ve created something that we can’t forget, but also actually smells incredible and offers like all the other Dr.Squatch products I love.”
The company describes the product as “the perfect combination of two best places on the planet: the outdoor and Sydney Sweeney bathtub.”
“There is no playbook to turn Sidney Sweeney’s real bath water into a bar of soap,” said John Rudeke, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Dr. Squatch, in the release. “But that’s exactly why we did that. The bar is odd and unexpected, and is meant to make them think more deeply about what they’re putting on their bodies.”
By giving them the opportunity to bathe with Sweeney soap.
“To be honest, I think it’s a really fun, full-sacre moment, because fans always joke about wanting water in my bath,” Sweeney told GQ. “I said, ‘This is a really cool way to talk to the audience and give them what they want.’ But hopefully, I encourage them to take care of themselves in a healthy way. ”
