Los Angeles Police Department officials clashed with a large group of partygoers overnight outside a South LA warehouse.
A LAPD spokesman confirmed with KTLA that the unit had been dispatched to 33rd Avenue and Main Street shortly after the call to the shooting, and upon arrival, officers found a man with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a stable hospital.
Video and information from scenes broadcast by LAPD show that there was a huge crowd in the area at the time, probably due to a warehouse party.

Many of the people in the crowd were not cooperating with authorities when asked for details of the incident, LAPD added.
Video obtained by the KTLA shows people trying to force away from areas blocked by crime scene tapes, but no preliminary information was confirmed indicating that any brawl or argument led to the shooting.
No information about the suspect or suspect has been released, and it is unclear whether anyone has been arrested.
