The murals of Kobe and Gigi Bryant have been destroyed once again. White spray paint now covers murals in downtown Los Angeles.
The same mural had just recovered on Friday after being demolished in April.
The artist now says he wants to do murals in a new place. He says that this situation brings unity and that a set-up will only make us smart and strong.
In a statement, the artist partly said, “It happened for all reasons and we now want to get this piece in collaboration with another business or foundation donated by us, and we won’t be charged for free to new locations. The project is better than the last wall with the right outdoor wall for the community and people to appreciate.”
The murals at the corner of 14th Avenue and Main Street in Downtown can wavy white spray paint throughout the artwork.
On April 29th, someone was putting black and white spray paint throughout the mural and writing blasphemies.
The movement of artist Loui “Sloe” worked hard to bring this monument back to life.
And with the help of Lakers Star Power rookie Luka Donsic, he donated $5,000 to the restoration, saying he was happy to do anything to make sure Kobe and his daughter are respected.
The artist says he is praying for those who have done this and hopes that things will get better for them. He also sends his love and apologies to the Bryant family.
