Two men were arrested and charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of a Fresno teenager at a San Bernardino County wash.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were originally dispatched to Oak Glenwash, near Avenue D, Yucaipa, and were dispatched on a “Mandown” call around 6:40 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies arrive to find a victim (19-year-old Kenneth Zion) suffering from a gunshot wound. He was declared dead at the scene.
According to the Gun Violence Archives, Xiong served the Bradley Army as Bradley’s crew 19c.

Investigators were able to identify and arrest one suspect, Dennis Wright, about 24 hours after the fatal killing, SBSD said. The second suspect was later identified as Kyle Heller, who was arrested Wednesday, authorities said.
Wright, 21, and Heller, 20, were detained in Yukaipa and charged with murder. The former was held on $2 million bail on a June 11 court date, while the latter was not released on a June 6 court date.
