Los Angeles County Hospital will help identify the two patients whose injuries were found.
Both were found in Los Angeles County and taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood.
The first patient was a woman around the age of 68. She was found at the bus stops on Pacific Avenue and Sloughson Boulevard in Huntington Park.

Hospital staff said she looked Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, has green eyes and dyed Auburn brown hair.
She can’t tell her name or her family name. She may have a son named George.
The second patient was a man around 60 years old. His name may be Miguel. He was brought to the hospital from a senior facility at Bell Gardens.

He appears to be Hispanic, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 134 pounds. He has brown eyes and grey temple black hair. He cannot tell him his name or his family name, staff said.
Neither patient has personal belongings to help workers identify them. Hospital staff did not reveal the nature of the injury.
Anyone who recognizes a patient is encouraged to call the hospital at 310-900-2094.
For women, the caller is asked to refer to the name “Irene” and the man is asked to refer to the name “Miguel.”
“Like all patients, we want to connect him to someone he loves soon,” hospital officials said.
