The alternative rock star, best known as the frontman of the 311, is growing his fanbase in a new way after making his neighborhood a safer place to drive.
Singer and songwriter Nick Hexham recently posted a video highlighting the overgrown horns of a crossroads in Calabasas city. Hexum said he saw “many shipwrecks and close calls.”
“This corner is dangerous. Here at Malholland and Old Topanga. This is a blind corner where cars reach the drivers get lost on this curve,” Hexham said in a video posted on X on Tuesday.
In the Hexum video, the brush clearly had a larger railing, and the driver turned left to obscured his vision towards the Mulholland Highway.

“Yeah, I can call town. Do you know who will take how long? Who knows how long I’m sitting on hold? He says on the video.
Inspired by the good deeds he saw his daughter accomplished in Girl Scouts, Hexham took matters into his own hands and chose to bring the plants back into life with the big garden cubic style.
“Look at it now. A much better gaze, mission has been achieved,” Hexham says, showing a car that can be seen in the same area that was hidden a few minutes ago.
