Former President Joe Biden’s private doctor has been summoned to testify amid allegations of cover-up of his cognitive decline during his term in the White House.
Rep. James Commer, R-KY. , R-Ky, chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. forced Dr. Kevin O’Connor to appear in the deposit on June 27th.
The subpoena are part of an investigation into Biden’s cover-up of cognitive decline and the issuance of potentially unauthorized amnesty and other enforcement actions.

“An autopen was not used to sign this subpoena,” Comer wrote to X, referring to Biden’s use of the autopen to exercise his presidential responsibility.
Comer recently requested that O’Connor appear voluntarily for a transcribed interview, but the doctor refused, according to the subpoena.
Previously, the White House blocked doctors from appearing in another interview to be involved in Biden’s medical evaluation and “involving the involvement of the Biden family’s influential rackets, but the Biden White House blocked his testimony,” a committee news release said.
“Of other subjects, the committee has expressed interest in whether your financial relationship with the Biden family will fulfill your presidential duties in assessing former President Biden’s physical and mental fitness,” the summons said. “Given your connection with the Biden family, the committee tried to understand whether you contributed to the efforts to hide former President Biden’s fitness in order to serve from the Americans.”

Biden’s health and mental state have been frequently concerned during his time in office, but is heavily scrutinized after his recent prostate cancer diagnosis and departure from the White House.
O’Connor’s annual report on the president’s health status shows that he received a clean bill of health while serving as president.
O’Connor has overseen Biden’s health since 2009 and has developed close ties with the president and his family, Fox News Digital previously reported.

He remained in the spotlight during Biden’s tenure until the spring of 2024. At the time, speculation that the president’s mental vision was slipping between both conservatives and Democrats demanded that critics and the media listen directly from O’Connor about Biden’s health.
