Civil rights groups are calling for a full investigation after reports of as many as 200 immigrants in downtown Los Angeles.

These were people who routinely planned to assign immigrants and did not leave the building.
Sources in federal court say up to 200 undocumented immigrants were under ice custody in downtown L.A. as of Tuesday, the United Latin American Citizens’ Federation of Citizens was under ice custody.
Lulac CEO Juan Proano warns others with similar scheduled immigration appointments that they still show up and have good lawyers with them.
“Some civil rights are being tested as much as possible,” Proano said. “Just get the information and make sure you have the right attorney when you come in. Also make sure you have a plan in case you’re actually in custody.”
