Man protesting Paramount Ice Raid added to FBI’s “Most Wanted”

As chaos broke out amid several protests over multiple ice attacks in the Los Angeles area over the weekend, federal officials began enacting more extreme law enforcement strategies, including adding one protester to the FBI’s most wanted list.

The unidentified protesters were taking part in the protest that followed the attack on Paramount on Saturday morning, officials say.

According to the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office, the suspect threw a rock at law enforcement on Alondora Boulevard, around 3:30pm on Saturday. The extent of the injury or damage was not revealed.

“The FBI offers a reward of up to $50,000 for information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of this unknown suspect,” the official release states.

The release added that suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

In response to the escalating protests that have become devastating over the weekend, the White House announced Saturday that President Trump has officially deployed 2,000 National Guard “to deal with the lawlessness that Fester was allowed.”

Gov. Gavin Newsom called the move “deliberately inflammatory” and said it “just escalates tension.”

US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegses also rang out the ongoing conversation about the X, threatening to mobilize active Marines at Camp Pendleton.

In response to the federal government’s deployment of National Guard, Newsom’s Office issued a joint statement on Sunday with a quote and a joint statement from senators, lawmakers and other statewide and local officials.

President Trump took him back to his social media platform Truth Social on Sunday afternoon in the next response to Los Angeles unrest.

“A formerly a great American city, Los Angeles has been invaded and occupied by illegal aliens and criminals. Now violent, rebel mobs are trying to sweep federal agents and attack and stop deportation operations, but these lawless riots only strengthen our resolve. The relevant departments and agencies take all the necessary actions to free Los Angeles from immigrant invasions, restore these immigrant riots, illegals have been expelled, and Los Angeles is paying your attention.”

Former Vice President Kamala Harris issued a release late Sunday afternoon, saying, “Los Angeles is my home, and like many Americans, I am appalled at what we are witnessing on the streets of our city.”

Harris condemned the Trump administration’s decision to federate and deploy the National Guard, describing it as “a dangerous escalation intended to cause confusion.”

“The administration’s actions are not about public safety, they are about taking away fear,” the statement continued. “Fear of the community that demands dignity and legitimate processes.”

As federal forces continue to loom, a common message from local and state leaders continues to encourage peace among protesters and reminds the public to recognize their rights.
