The CIA released 54 declassification documents on Thursday related to the assassination of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) and was able to scrub the answers to the plot, providing the public with 1,450 pages of material.

CIA director John Ratcliffe has released documents in response to an executive order signed by President Donald Trump, declassifying files relating to the assassination of former President John F. Kennedy, civil rights icon Martin Luther King Jr. and RFK.

According to the CIA, the latest batch of documents complements the thousands of pages the agency provided to the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the National Public Records and Records (NARA) as part of a public release related to JFK earlier this year.

The latest release shows that RFK was the first senator to share his experience of traveling to the former Soviet Union with the CIA, reflecting his patriotic commitment to serving his country.

“Today’s release provides President Trump’s commitment to maximum transparency and allows the CIA to shed light on information that is useful in the public interest,” Ratcliffe said. “We are proud to share our work with the people of America on this very important topic.”

In addition to sharing information about RFK’s Soviet experience, the file also dives into a psychological assessment of Sirhan Sirhan, who shot and killed RFK in Los Angeles on June 5, 1968.

In a personal assessment memo on July 8, 1968, federal authorities declared, “Under any circumstances, we would have predicted it.” [Sirhan] It was the “ability” to do what he did. ”

Similarly, the Fed said the probability that Sirhan will succeed is “extreme.”

“Obviously we can’t see him as part of the plot,” the memo read. “He could be a tool for plot in the sense that he attempted an assassin for Secretary of State. [William] Assassin assigned to Seward and Vice President Andrew Johnson [George Atzerodt] It was a tool for [John Wilkes] Booth’s plot. However, it is very likely that he could have acted effectively under accurate instructions. ”

Most attack types are allegedly accused of attacking their mothers or girlfriends.

“Occasionally they bump into employers and colleagues (the case on the spot is the recent Pennsylvania incident of a “quiet” man who killed his car pool and then killed himself),” the memo read. “Sometimes, they choose public figures and make abortion attempts to reach them. Essentially, we think Sahan is like a more impulsive assassin. [former presidents James] Garfield and [William] McKinley’s calculation assassin [Abraham] Lincoln and President Kennedy. ”

Lawmakers support Trump’s JFK file Release: “Restore People’s Trust”

The release of the file was said to be a collaborative effort by Trump and led by the Director of National Intelligence, coordinated by the CIA, FBI and NARA Department of Justice.

“Today’s release is another important step in fulfilling President Trump’s commitment to maximum transparency. We would like to thank the people at CIA, Odni and Nara who worked hard to locate, review and digitize these documents. “We will continue to coordinate with our partners across the intelligence reporting community to fulfill President Trump’s greatest transparency commitment.”

The document is publicly available and can be viewed by visiting CIA.gov and archives.gov/rfk.

Health and Human Services Director Robert F. Kennedy Jr., guest on Thursday’s Fox News’ “Story” and host Martha McCallum, she had no idea her father had returned to the CIA during her 1955 Soviet Union trip, when she was a senator.

“My mother was on that trip,” RFK Jr. said. “She joined him in St. Petersburg and actually worked for the CIA at the time. She was wearing carnations in a square.

RFK Jr. went on to say that the Soviets had returned the artwork to Now-St. Petersburg after the defeat of Nazi Germany. He explained that the Germans confiscated some artwork from the Jewish family and explained that the CIA was interested in it.

“I don’t think that’s a serious national security interest, but it was an interesting fact that I didn’t know about my father,” he said.
