An Orange County man has been arrested for allegedly committing indecent behavior while filming a minor and a woman at an apartment gym.
The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Gavin Christian Mestas of Irvine, according to the Irvine Police Department.
On June 8, officers responded to an apartment in Murika Aisle after the employee reportedly saw Mesta expose herself and masturbate while recording a woman in the pool.

Mestas is not a resident and reportedly broke into the facility by bypassing the lock with a tool.
The suspect “worked twice that day and once June 2nd,” police said. At least once, Mestas allegedly filmed two minors who were using the pool while he masturbated.
Detectives identified Mesta through surveillance footage and a search warrant was provided at the man’s home. The officers also found evidence that linked him to a suspicious crime.
On June 11, Mestas was arrested and booked at the Orange County Jail for multiple violations, including minor records for dewd conduct in public places, robbery, child troubles and sexual satisfaction.
