A vehicle that ploughed by a pedestrian near Sophie Stadium in Inglewood on Saturday night, at least six people were injured, and witnesses tell KTLA that the car driver was trying to show off for the crowd.

The crash occurred at 10:23pm in the 4000 block of Century Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Upon arriving at the scene, the crew discovered six casualties injured and began transporting them to the hospital about 40 minutes later.

Dodger star Kaique Hernandez concerns Los Angeles’ anxiety: “We can’t stand our community being violated.”

On Saturday night, a large crowd was near the stadium in the protest of the “king” as the opening match of the Conca Caff Gold Cup between Mexico and the Dominican Republic took place in Sophie. Mexico won the match 3-2.

Most of the injuries injured by the victims are initially said to be minors, and KTLA 5’s Rich Prickett said late Saturday night that Sky5 had reported that one of the victims had been shown to be a 14-year-old boy.

That information was not confirmed by law enforcement, but witnesses at the scene told KTLA 5’s Jean Kang on Sunday that the 14-year-old was actually injured in the incident, and the 16-year-old was also injured. One man protesting said he was trying to show off when the driver lost control.

“We were [peacefully protesting] And we’re trying to talk for people who can’t…but some people were trying to take it to the next level,” Jay Gonzalez said. [the driver] He tries to get people’s attention by burnout, but he knows that if he loses control it will be something bad. ”

A man with a gun was arrested after trying to start a fight in Orange County protests

Video from the scene obtained by KTLA shows a Dodge charger speeding up the street before crashing and causing serious damage. LA County Fire Department officials were unable to immediately provide the cause of the crashes and details surrounding the driver’s identity. However, they are believed to have been injured.

Details of the incident will be released someday on Sunday.
