Meanwhile, Israel’s major Southern hospital was hit directly from an Iranian missile on Thursday, with authorities reporting “wide-area damage” there. A spokesman for Soroka Medical Center in Shiva said the hospital had been “wide-reaching damage” in various areas and people were injured in the attack.
The seventh day of the conflict came the day after Iran’s supreme leader rejected the call for surrender and warned that military involvement by Americans would cause “irreparable damage to them.”

China helps citizens evacuate Israel
The Chinese embassy in Israel says it will organize group evacuations by bus from Israel starting Friday.
Notices posted on the embassy’s Wechat social media account say that Chinese people will be taken across the Tabah border to Egypt. They asked to register online and said they would be notified of evacuation times.
People carrying passports to Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau are eligible, the notification said.

According to the hospital’s website, the hospital has over 1,000 beds and serves around 1 million residents in southern Israel.
Indonesia evacuates citizens from Iran as Israel’s airstrikes intensify
The Indonesian government said Thursday that it would evacuate citizens from Iran as Israeli airstrikes intensified.
“Our citizens are at risk,” Indonesia’s Foreign Minister Sugiono said in a video statement. “In the past two days, Israeli attacks have become even more intense, not only targeting the military, but civilians.”
He said that around 386 Indonesians, primarily students, live in Iran, mainly in QOM cities. Meanwhile, his ministry previously stated that 194 Indonesians are currently in Israel, most of them student interns in Rafa city in the southern part of the country.
Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim country, issued a joint statement with 23 other countries launched by Egypt on Tuesday to condemn Israel’s attacks on Iran.

Israeli strikes against Iran have killed at least 639 people and injured 1,329 people, human rights groups said Thursday.
The Washington-based group human rights activist provided figures covering Iran as a whole. He said he was dead, and identified 263 civilians and 154 security forces officials as killed.

An official who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss private diplomatic communications said that Europeans wanted to play a role in negotiations for months but was being restrained by the US.
Officials said the position may change as hostilities intensify.
