On Thursday, the White House praised the Supreme Court’s ruling that Tennessee’s law banning adolescent blockers and other treatments against transgender minors did not violate Section 14.

During the daily briefing, White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt declared it a “big victory for American children.”

“And that’s clearly something that this administration strongly believes in that young minor children should not be allowed to be exposed to chemical castration and amputation.”

Leavitt said Trump has signed a “very strong executive order” on the subject, and that the administration is “thanks” Nashville’s efforts to protect young people in Tennessee.

The Supreme Court on Trans Treatment for Minors has been accused by the media of “a huge setback for trans rights”

“And we are grateful that the Supreme Court has ruled on the part of the law. [and] Being the protector of innocent American children. ”

This incident, US v. Skrmetti, was brought about by three trans minors and their families. The Biden administration was able to participate as a plaintiff of the same name because of the law that allowed the president to become a party to a lawsuit over the Equality Protection Clause.

The then ruler General Elizabeth Pleger advocated for power, but the Trump administration then opposed Biden’s position, but the incident continued.

On Wednesday, a 6-3 rule favored TN SB 1. It “prohibits all treatments intended to allow minors to acknowledge or live an identity that is inconsistent or contradictory to the minor’s gender, or to allow them to deal with inconsistent or isolated discomfort or pain between the minor’s gender and alleged identity.

Supreme Court Justice John Roberts said the law in question was “not classified as a basis for strengthened review.”

“This case carries the weight of intense scientific and policy debates about the safety, effectiveness and validity of medical treatments in an evolving field,” he said.

Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skulmetti – the defendant – said in a statement that the law was supported by a “bipartisan supermajority of Tennessee’s elected representatives.”

“I commend the Tennessee Legislature and Governor Lee for their courage to pass this law and support the lawsuit despite denying opposition from the Biden administration, the LGBT special interest groups, social justice activists, the American Medical Association, the American Bar Association, and even Hollywood,” he said.
