The House may consider new ways to eliminate the president in Biden’s allegations

Rep. Darrell Issa proposed on Friday that the House should consider taking constitutional amendments to facilitate the removal of former President Joe Biden’s unsuccessful job in response to allegations of a decline in mental state.

Issa, R-Calif, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, said Biden administration officials have taken actions that Biden administration officials should keep in the dark about his health to show that the provisions of the 25th Amendment may be insufficient. That amendment allows the Vice President and Cabinet to remove the President from his role if he “will not be able to fulfill the powers and duties of his office.”

“The initiation was always meant to be a vice president and cabinet based on the assumption that they would take their oaths and their observations seriously and that they would be closest to the president to know if the event was necessary,” Issa told Fox News. “Now it appears that their fairness is being questioned.”

Senate hearing on who is “really running” begins Wednesday

Issa added: “If so, the other two branches will need to somehow bring it into the process in which the President claims that he is unable to perform his duties, be fair and decide on it as necessary.”

The other two branches in this case will likely be the Congress and the Supreme Court.

Issa’s comments are expected to be made by the House Oversight Committee to interview three Biden administration officials next week about the decline of the former president. Neela Tanden, former director of the National Council of Policy, will meet with the committee on Tuesday. Senior Advisor Anthony Bernsal, the president’s former assistant and first lady, will meet with the committee on Thursday. Dr. Kevin O’Connor, a former White House doctor, testifies Friday under the subpoena.

The committee also plans to interview former administration officials Annie Tomasini and Ashley Williams. He is also seeking interviews with several Biden Inner Circle officials, including former Chief of Staff Director Ron Crane and former senior adviser to news agency Anita Dunn.

Other questions the investigators have are whether Biden officials used automatic pens to approve enforcement actions without the president’s permission.

According to the ISSA, the findings of that investigation could help you know exactly how to write this potential constitutional amendment.

“What Chairman Kommer is doing is very important because he is essentially the fact-finding of the Judiciary Committee.

There are very high thresholds for amending the Constitution. Two-thirds of votes in each chamber and ratification by a third of the state. So, if the amendments are made materialized from the Judicial Committee, even a unified Republican rule would face a tough road to pass through Congress. But Issa says it’s worth the effort to improve the system.

“It didn’t work, so we have to ask, is there another way to make it better in the future?” he asked.
