The Florida Attorney General asked the Supreme Court on Monday to allow the Supreme Court to continue implementing controversial immigration laws that attempt to criminalize the arrival or re-entry of illegal immigrants into the state.

Florida Attorney General James Usmierer asked High Court judges to step in immediately and allow the state to implement Senate Bill 4C.

That law was blocked by a federal judge in Miami earlier this year. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals also refused to lift the injunction, paving the way for Usmeyer to seek emergency relief from the Supremeyer.

Uthmeier urged justice to reverse the federal court injunction on Monday. He said it was harmful to the interests of both the state and the country.

“Illegal immigration continues to cause chaos in the state, [the] Uthmeier’s office said it filed on Monday.

Without the Supreme Court’s intervention, Uthmeier argued that Florida and its citizens would “become arrested for years to combat the serious harms of illegal immigrants as the case passes through lower courts.”

The request comes after U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams banned Florida from blocking law enforcement earlier this year.

This was opposed by the Florida Attorney General. [S.B.C] It raises conflict with federal law. ”

But that could not convince Judge Williams.

Mr. Obama’s appointee Williams took the extraordinary step of launching a light emptying procedure against Usmyer earlier this month as he allegedly violated her injunction and allowed police to arrest her under the law.

Meanwhile, Uthmeier argued Monday that the Supreme Court should intervene in a lower court decision and turn it around. He described in his appeal as “future victims designed to protect future victims, as well as human trafficking promoted by the re-entry and re-entry of fraudulent aliens into Florida.”

“Without this court’s intervention, Florida and its citizens will continue to be prevented from fighting the serious harms of illegal immigrants over the years as the case is progressing through lower courts,” he said.

It is unclear whether the Supreme Court will file a lawsuit.

An emergency appeal from the Florida Attorney General comes when the Supreme Court is already focusing on six emergency applications from the Trump administration.
