Another fire broke out in Riverside County Sunday evening, prompting an evacuation order to burn more than 1,000 acres right next to the already severe Mindy fire, officials said.
The newly dubbed Wolf Fire, which began around 3:09pm, was mapped to 1,165 acres at 7:32pm, following the Cal Fire website. It started near the old Banning Banning on Idyllwild Road and Wolfskill Trail.

Poppet Flat Divide Truck TRL Interstate 10 south of Highland Springs Avenue Old Cabazon Road east south
The department issued evacuation warnings for the following zones: RVC-0541, RVC-0655, RVC-0654, RVC-0830, RVC-Vistagrande, RVC-Poppetflats2, RVC-Poppetflats3, RVC-0898, RVC-1000, RVC-1000, RVC-1000, RVC-1000, RVC-1000, RVC-1000, RVC-1000, RVC-1000
North of Poppet Flats, West of South Highland Springs Ave of Bergamo Ave Highway 243

Cal Fire said the flames were burning at moderate spread rates, with multiple air and ground resources allocated.
A care and reception site has been opened at Hemet High School, 41701 E. Stetson Avenue, Hemet, 92544. Additionally, an animal shelter is open at 581 S Grand Avenue in San Jacinto.
