Senator Lindsey Graham, Rs.C. says whether Iran has given up on its ambitions to become nuclear on Sunday “too early to tell.”
Graham issued a statement during his Sunday morning appearance on ABC “this week,” agreeing that the site that the US attacked has “disappeared”, but he is worried about Iran’s uranium supply.
“Operation Midnight Hammer was a massive military success. It retreated the program several years. But the world’s question is, is the regime still wanting to create nuclear weapons? The answer is yes. Do they still want to destroy Israel and come after us?
“We’re in trouble until that changes,” he continued, adding that he believes Iran must meet certain requirements before President Donald Trump’s administration agrees to speak to them.

“They are the first to say Iranian regime and recognize the rights of Israel to exist,” Graham said. “If they can’t say that, you’re not going to get a deal worth worrying about.

Trump said on Friday he was open to launching additional strikes against Iran.

“That’s true. Definitely, absolutely,” Trump told reporters Friday. He asked about the possibility of a subsequent strike.

Trump previously issued a similar warning to Iran, saying at the Netherlands NATO summit on Wednesday that the US would not hesitate to move forward with additional strikes if Tehran tries to repair its nuclear program again.

Trump also denounced Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who declared victory over Israel on Thursday. Trump refuted Khamenei’s claims and said he had escaped Ayatollah from death.

“Israel and the US military didn’t end his life, the greatest and most powerful US military in the world, knowing exactly where he was protected,” Trump told Friday in a post on True Society. “I saved him from a very ugly and ignorant death. He doesn’t have to say, ‘Thank you, President Trump!’ ”
