The State Department has revoked visas for members of the Bob Billan Band after the British punk rap duo called for “death to IDF” at a Saturday performance at the Glastonbury Music Festival in England.

Bob Bilan, a band consisting of two musicians, stage names Bobby Bilan and Bobby Bilan, is scheduled to tour the United States in the second half of 2025. However, the State Department announced Monday that the group had sought visas for members of the band after leading a chant calling for the end of Israeli defence forces.

“Bob Vilan’s visa has been revoked,” a senior State Department official told Fox News Digital on Monday. “The Secretary of State was clear. The US will not approve visas for terrorist sympathizers.”

Meanwhile, Bobby Billan appears to have doubled his statement during Glastonbury’s performance, writing in a social media post on Sunday that he “said what I said.”

“It’s very important to encourage and inspire future generations to pick up the torches that have been handed over to us,” Bobby Bilan said in an Instagram post Sunday. “Show them the right thing loud and visibly loud when you need a change. Watch us march on the streets, exercise at the ground level, organize online, and scream about it at every stage of our offering.”

Meanwhile, the BBC issued a statement Monday apologizing for continuing to air Bob Bilan’s performance live, denounced the anti-Semitic chant during the performance.

“The team was dealing with the live situation, but in hindsight, they should have pulled the stream during the performance. They regretted this not happening,” the BBC said in a statement Monday. “The BBC respects freedom of expression, but stands firmly in the incitement of violence. The anti-Semitic sentiment expressed by Bob Bilan is completely unacceptable and there is no place in our airwaves.”
