Sean “Diddy” Combs was found guilty of prostitution-related charges, but was not guilty of more serious charges.
On Wednesday, the ju judges discovered that the comb had not committed a conspiracy to assault a one-count.
The ju judge also found that he was not innocent of both sex trafficking numbers, but was found guilty of two modes of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The ju judges deliberated on the incident for 13.5 hours. The judges’ selection began on May 5th.
At the moment of the verdict, the lawyers for Casandra “Cassie” Ventura issued a statement to Variety. Ventura and Comb were involved in the on and off relationship for 11 years.
“This whole criminal process began in November 2023 when my client, Cathy Ventura, had the courage to file a civil complaint,” Wigdoll explained. “The ju umpire could not find that he had committed a crime with Cathy of sex trafficking, beyond reasonable doubt, but she paved the way for the ry umpire to find that he had committed a crime to engage in prostitution.”
The ry judge found himself guilty of two transports engaged in prostitution in connection with Ventura and another ex-girlfriend who testified under the pseudonym “Jane.”
“By advancing her experience, Cathy has left an indelible mark in both the entertainment industry and the fight for justice. We must believe and support our clients who have shown exemplary courage throughout this trial. “This case proves that change has been delayed for a long time, and we will continue to fight on behalf of the survivors.”
In November 2023, Ventura shocked the world when he filed a bombshell lawsuit against Combs, who accused him of years of rape and abuse.
From there, a wave of lawsuits from others was filed against the comb.
In the current case, the maximum sentence for the founder of Bad Boy Records is 10 years. Now the judge decides whether to release the music mogul on bonds.
