President Donald Trump’s Justice Department filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court on Wednesday, sought to overturn a lower court ruling that prevented the three Biden-appointed regulators from firing.

The emergency appeal asks the High Court to fire the Trump administration of three members of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The appeal comes after the Supreme Court granted another emergency appeal request from the Trump administration regarding the dismissal of two Biden-appointed agency staff from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB).

“It’s outrageous that we have to ask for Supreme Court intervention again as lower court leftist judges continue to ignore the clear High Court decisions,” said White House spokesman Harrison Fields.

The Supreme Court has now permitted the termination of board members of independent institutions.

“The Supreme Court has decisively endorsed the President’s constitutional authority and fired and fired the executive officer who exercises his power, but this ongoing attack by an activist judge undermines that victory,” he continued. “Despite these relentless obstacles, President Trump is committed to fulfilling his American duties by effectively leading the administration.”

Mary Boyle, Alexander Horn Salic and Richard Trumka Jr. have been appointed by former President Joe Biden to serve a seven-year term in an independent government agency. Their position has historically been protected from retaliation. Because they can end only for negligence or misconduct.

After Trump tried to fire three democratic regulators, they sued, claiming that the president tried to eliminate them without justification. Ultimately, a federal judge in Maryland agreed with them, and this week the Court of Appeals upheld the decision.

However, according to an emergency appeal from the Trump administration filed in the High Court on Wednesday morning, the three regulators in question expressed “hospitality towards the president’s agenda” and acted “threw the agency into chaos.”

The emergency appeal to the Supreme Court added, “This is not possible,” after the High Court ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s decision to fire two administrative labor officials.

“After Wilcox, who is properly controlling this case, this is not possible. Like Wilcox’s NLRB and MSPB, the CPSC exercises “slight executive power”, “slight executive power” at 1415. For example, seeking submersible subsidies by supplementing subsidies for grants, seeking for rules, administrative procedures, issuance of subsidy, and sub-communication, (criminal cases), Attorney General John Sauer wrote in an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court.

According to Politico, the request will go to Secretary John Roberts, who will be responsible for emergency appeals arising from the Court of Appeals that upheld a previous Maryland court that blocked the Trump administration’s shooting.
